An iPhone app to measure your vigour in bed

BANGALORE, INDIA: Agreed. You have a sexy smartphone. But what about you as a person, in the REAL sense of the word? Puzzled, isn't it? Measuring the invisibly intimate thing is very tough!

But now you have got an iPhone application, named 'Passion', that measures how competent you are when it comes to the 'action between the sheet'.

Priced at 4.99 dollars, 'Passion' is developed by Chris Alvares, a US computer science student who is credited with developing a number of iPhone quiz apps including WikiQuiz, Four Squared and MusicApp.

The "Passion" application uses the phone's built-in accelerometer, used to sense motion, as well as the device's microphone and timer.

Users will just have to place the phone on the bed or in a pocket before the act and, at the end once the thunder rain stops the phone will give a rating out of 10 based on three criteria - duration, orgasm and activity. The software gives ratings from 'bad' to 'perfect' based on these criteria.

“Passion works by using all of the iPhone’s distinct features such as the microphone, accelerometer and many others to determine an accurate score. All you have to do is start the application, put your iPhone on the bed, in an arm band, or even in your pocket and engage in intercourse, it is as easy as that. Once you are finished, press the stop button and view your results,” he said a in a blogpost.

The timer measures duration, while the accelerometer measures activity and the microphone measures the orgasm. And then one can uploaded the scores and compare it with the score of other people around the world.
