Amkette upgrades it's customer support services

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Amkette announced an enhanced service program, designed to customize support to meet a wide range of customer needs. Amkette has launched it's tech support helpline in India. The customer support center launch comes as the next step, to the already existing toll free customer care number for guiding people on the usage of the products.

First ones to provide, life time warranty on many of its products like CD-Rs/ DVDs/ CD-RWs/ DVD-RWs and floppy diskettes, Amkette has always been famous for its customer support. All other products come with a Product Replacement warranty/ repair warranty of one to five years.

Rajiv Bapna, Director, Amkette said, “We have always been famous for our customer support services. We have also established a central repair facility for products, which are returned to bench for repair. This way we ensure only a seven day turn around time for products which require repair. We expect the opening of our tech helpline to benefit all of our customers, from the extended support hours and expertise offered by our technical support team.”

Support is delivered to customers using state of the art collaboration technology that teams Amkette's, customers and partner specialists to directly troubleshoot design or implementation challenges.
