Amkette launches Universal keyboard

NEW DELHI: Amkette, a storage and essentials company, has announced the

launch of the Universal keyboard. This ergonomically designed, sleek and trendy

input device sports Enhanced Windows 95/98/2000/ME Key layout. It features 108

high-quality tactile feedback membrane key switches and three additional buttons

on the top panel for easy access to the Power Management features of Windows 98.

The top panel also features a 'Turbo Plus' button, which lets you increase the

cursor speed up to as much as 40 characters per second.

The design of the Universal keyboard with removable wrist rest has been

developed keeping in mind the aesthetics of modern computing systems. It comes

with special driver software that supports all the built-in enhanced features of

the keyboard.

The Universal keyboard is compliant with PS2/Serial/USB connectivity and

guarantees a switch reliability of 10 million keystrokes. It also supports

Multikey Rollover function.

The company is also planning to launch the MultiWeb version of the Universal

Keyboard shortly.
