NEW DELHI, INDIA: Gurgaon-based Ameyo, a contact center technology and customer experience company is planning to hire 200 employees in research and development, enterprise sales and marketing.
Ameyo provides solutions for omni-channel customer experience (CX) and contact center technology on cloud and on-premise. At present, the organization has more than 300 employees in seven branches in India catering to clientele in consumer tech, e-commerce and BFSI.
“Out of these 200 vacancies, 20 percent are for senior management roles, 50 percent for mid-level and the remaining for other departments. Majority of the new recruits will be based in Gurgaon. However, we will be adding resources in Mumbai, Bangalore, Philippines and USA,” said Bishal Lachhiramkha, CEO, Ameyo.
In a bid to attract the right talent, the company has also rolled out initiatives around safety at work, women security, grievance redressal forum, health insurance plans and build a recreation and sport area.
