BANGALORE,INDIA: AMD, a provider in microprocessor and graphic designs, today announced that it has partnered with XFX, a provider in graphics cards, motherboards and computer accessories.
XFX plans to provide new products based on the award-winning ATI Radeo HD 4000 series GPUs to consumers, beginning in early 2009, said a press release.

ATI Radeon HD 4000 series graphics cards were first introduced in June 2008 with the arrival of ATI Radeon HD 4850 and ATI Radeon HD 4870, the release said.
