Ambletek Solutions within one year of incorporation is hiring & deploying about 1,000 resources in 2008 and has plans to double that number next year. The new initiative under Managing People Supply Chain will focus on providing a captive bench on various technologies such as SAP, Oracle Apps and IBM MQ. The plan is to hire about 1,000 resources for the period April 08- March 09 and then scale up to 5,000 resources by Dec 2010. The captive bench will be deployed with large IT companies on projects for a pre agreed duration. It is believed that Ambletek is in advance stage of discussion with a large Indian IT company to win its first contract from this model.

“Our Vision is to create job opportunities for all talented resources to work for world class companies for world class projects and we will be the channel to facilitate this”, said Kannan Ramaswamy, Founder CEO of Ambletek Solutions. ”Our new People Supply Chain model will allow large IT companies to reduce project Overheads, increase their staff utilization and reduce their bench & training costs and eventually Ambletek can be a 7500 strong organization in three years from now and aim to have at least 15 percent of the IT Companies staff to be on our pay rolls,” he added.

“We are delighted to be part of Ambletek group and with the combined entity; we will play a supportive role to Ambletek’s bigger plans. ASAP Infosystems currently have close to 100 consultants on projects working with biggies such as Satyam, TCS etc.,” said Suresh, Director of ASAP Infosystems.

Ambletek’s mission is to play a collaborative role with the IT companies and other industries to manage their people supply chain and to tap the untapped talent from the market to enable them to work for world class projects and our goal is to have 10,000 staff trained and deployed between now and March 2011. Ambletek will look for raising capital to set up Infrastructure to fulfill this vision which will need large facility across country.
