Amazon expands product offerings in India

BANGALORE, INDIA: Amazon.in today announced the opening of four new stores: Toys & Games, Baby Products, Personal Care Appliances and Health Care Devices on its website.

The company will be launching additional categories including Home and Kitchen products also in the coming weeks.

The announcement comes three months after Amazon's entry into India. This addition brings an extensive selection of over 9 million books, more than 70,000 products from hundreds of brands, and over 1.7 million eBooks across eleven categories.
