The WSJ also reports that the retail major is ironing out legal issues related to the service and seems like a move against rivals Apple and Google, who are already planning on similar "cloud" computing projects.
Reuters reports that Amazon would allow customers to play music on any Android, Windows and Apple devices. Moreover, customers would initially be provided with 5 GB of free storage, which can eventually be upgraded to 20 GB with the purchase of any MP3 album.
