ALTEN Calsoft Labs acquires CRO services company PVR Technologies

ALTEN Calsoft Labs, the French multinational technology consulting and engineering services provider has acquired US-based CRO services company PVR Technologies and its subsidiaries to expand its Healthcare & Life Sciences Business. The addition would bring key expertise in the area of Clinical Research by adding more than 200 Clinical Research consultants, Biostatisticians, SAS and R programmers in the US and expanding capabilities in the high-growth area of clinical data management, analysis & reporting.
