BANGALORE: Alopa Networks, a Silicon Valley startup company, with development centers in Santa Clara, California and Bangalore, specializing in Broadband Subscriber Service solutions, has announced the introduction of its Service Creation System (SCS). The Alopa SCS is a comprehensive framework for enabling rapid creation and deployment of new broadband services within the provider infrastructure.

Alopa's SCS allows broadband service providers to deploy new revenue generating and differentiated levels of services, spanning voice, data and video. The SCS also improves the providers business processes by centrally integrating multiple billing, customer care and trouble-ticketing systems.

Commenting about the same, Prithvi Narayanan, Director of Product Development, Alopa Networks said, "Service Providers are looking at revenue streams beyond basic access but face numerous challenges in rapidly defining, integrating and deploying new services. Alopa's SCS provides a smart way for providers to realize new time-to-revenue services, by automating the entire subscriber service chain, while providing a single window for enabling and deploying the service."
