PARIS: French telecom equipment maker Alcatel will buy U.S. mobile phone equipment maker Spatial Wireless for around 200 million euros ($243 million), the Wall Street Journal said, citing a source close to the deal.
Alcatel said it would hold a press conference to make a "strategic announcement."
