The joint solution can be viewed at the Aladdin and Wyse booths during the Citrix Partner Summit event at the Walt Disney World Dolphin and Swan Resort in Orlando, Florida on October 26 to 29.  Both Wyse thin clients and Aladdin eToken are Citrix Ready Certified Solutions.

The Aladdin-Wyse solution allows users to securely access vital corporate information and applications via the Wyse’s thin client virtual environment. Using Aladdin eToken certificate-based smartcard authentication, Wyse thin client users are able to securely connect to corporate resources from any computer, increasing productivity while on the road and ensuring organizations’ security standards. The solution enables users to simply verify their identity with their eToken device, and to launch their individual desktop profile at the same point at which they ended the previous session, enabling the user to resume work immediately even if they log in from a different workstation.

By combining roaming desktop capabilities with smartcard-based login, organizations are able to prevent unauthorized access to secured networks by eliminating walk-by security breaches. Aladdin eToken allows companies to more easily comply with regulations that require two-factor authentication to protect sensitive data, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, and many others.
