Akzo Nobel deploys Moveo solutions

BANGALORE: Moveo Systems today announced that Akzo Nobel Coatings India Private Limited has deployed Moveo's Interactive Enterprise Solutions to deliver secure on-demand supply chain information to its field force across India.

Moveo said in a statement that its enterprise solutions enable sales resources to get real-time inventory positions across over 24,000 combinations of SKUs' (stock keeping units) and distribution centers.

"We were looking for innovative mobile based solutions which would enable us to rapidly deliver supply chain data to our sales force across India as well as be simple and time-effective to deploy," said Ishwar Subramanian, managing director, Akzo. "The solutions deployed by Moveo Systems were in complete synergy with this objective and were deployed in weeks and not months. Feedback from the field has been extremely positive and we are mapping additional data sets onto the Moveo footprint."
