Ajax Communications all set to enter European market

MUMBAI: Mumbai based Ajax Communications, an e-business and knowledge management
solutions company, is all set to enter the European market. The company is currently in
the process of formalizing tie-ups in Europe.

The company is in touch with UK based Kickstart Ventures Ltd. to help facilitate its
entry into the European Market. This will involve identifying alliance partners initially
and help setting up a subsidiary office.

The companies that showed interest in reselling Ajax's products in the UK are Southall
Partnerships, Gamcom Solutions Ltd. in Germany and the companies that were interested in
becoming resellers are Becker Associates Hoepfner Partners.

Ajax has formalized an agreement with BITKOM, the association of software companies of
Germany and will be signing a MoU to that effect. BITKOM does tie-ups as a service to
promote investments into their own countries. BITKOM will help Ajax to pursue business
opportunities in Germany.

framework to channel inputs from various internal as well as external sources, which is

The company offers customized solutions in the areas of Knowledge Management, Document
Management, Business Intelligence (Data mining), Workflow Management, E-Learning,
Enterprise Information Portals and Knowledge Based CRM. The company has recently launched
'Ajax Knowledge Sphere', a Knowledge Management Framework to manage knowledge assets
within a company.
