Airtel intros Tibetan content

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Airtel along with ActiveMedia has introduced Tibetan mobile content Tibetan community on their HP network.

Approximately six million people worldwide speak the language. Over 150,000 exiled Tibetans speak the language in India.

The content includes Tibeten Ring tones, songs of mantras, folk songs and remixes to choose from. The Tibetan HelloTunes are available for all Airtel customers across India. Wallpaper and screensavers reflecting Tibetan culture would also be added in near future, Airtel said in a statement.

Raj Singh, CEO, ActiveMedia Technology, said, “Such regional content will ensure that we always keep in touch with our culture and also it will strengthen the base of Airtel even further. The content helps in increasing harmony between communities and cross-culture ties. ActiveMedia is implementing more and more regional content.”
