BURLINGTON, CANADA: Adlib, document conversion and assembly software company today announced the release of its latest product - Adlib PDF 5.0.
This version streamlines the company's award-winning product editions (Express, Enterprise and OEM) onto one platform. The unified Adlib PDF 5.0 product allows greater flexibility for enterprise customers in the document management space.
Building on its current industry leading solution, Adlib PDF 5.0 extends the company's automated document to PDF and PDF/A solution to support Microsoft Office 2013 native applications, and now offers integration to Microsoft's latest collaboration tool, SharePoint 2013.

The Adlib PDF 5.0 product also offers a number of architectural improvements including:

* Enhanced OCR capabilities to improve speed and accuracy when making documents searchable;
* Centralized enterprise-grade features like logging, and configuration through web services.
