Aditya Birla Minacs wins $250 mn deals

BANGALORE, INDIA: Aditya Birla Minacs, a provider in IT services (subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo) today reported significant business wins in the last 30 days with total contract values (TCV) in excess of $250 million across its focus verticals of banking, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, technology and telecom.

Under these contracts, Minacs would provide multiple services encompassing F&A, Insurance processing, customer enrollment management, multi-channel sales campaign management, order fulfillment, technical support, customer care - amongst an array of other services - leveraging its global delivery centers in near shore and onshore locations, said a press release.

These include significant contracts from three North American telecom majors, a global technology leader, a breakthrough win from a pharmaceutical major and an American auto giant.

The company has invested in bringing in over twenty veteran leaders in the last six months to drive its industry and domain based strategy for new business and leverage existing strengths in new markets, and also to deepen various business and technology practices to fill out its service portfolio. This team has made significant inroads in the North American and Asia Pacific geographies over the past three months.
