BANGALORE: Aditi Technologies, developer of the electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) solutions branded Talisma, has joined Siebel Systems, Inc. as a Premier Software Partner in the Siebel Alliance Program. Talisma will debut a prototype of its Talisma-Siebel Connector technology, which provides integration between Talisma Enterprise e-CRM software and Siebel Sales Enterprise and Siebel Service Enterprise packages, at Siebel e-Business World 2000, held on March 2 at the National Trade Centre at Exhibition Space, Toronto, Canada. It will also be showcased on March 6th at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York City, NY.

The alliance, which broadens Talisma's portfolio of connector technologies to leading customer solutions like Pivotal, INTERSHOP and Interactive Intelligence, allows customers using these diverse systems to offer superior electronic customer service, e-marketing, and e-sales to their respective customers.

"Corporations are recognizing the need to offer solutions that provide inbound and outbound e-mail interaction with their customers," said Talisma Professional Services vice president Tom Ryan. "While Siebel does a great job with personal and phone interaction, their customers consistently tell us that they need the value-added features that Talisma Enterprise offers, such as advanced routing capabilities, superior customer service productivity tools, real-time chat, and outbound e-mail marketing. The Talisma-Siebel connector is an outstanding combination of best-of-breed technologies. It will help consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels. Through the Siebel Alliance Program, Siebel has established relationships with industry leaders in systems integration, hardware, software, training, business information, and other relevant services. Together, Siebel Systems and its Alliance Partners develop, market, sell, and deliver the most comprehensive suite of e-Business solutions available today," he continued.
