BANGALORE: Aditi Technologies announced the launch of Talisma Enterprise
Edition in India, the e-service application available for business relying on
the Internet for customer interaction. The product provides email and web-form
supports and is targeted at the Enterprise segment that receives large volumes
of electronic customer service and support enquiries.
On the occasion of the launch, Aditi President and CEO Pradeep Singh said,
"Talisma Enterprise Edition represents the culmination of our experience
and expertise in the evolving e-service market." Some of the features of
Talisma Enterprise include customer history management, customer prioritization,
personalization, routing emails to the right person through pre-defined rules
based on content of a message or fields filled on a web form, it automatically
distributes information to the appropriate customer or customers regarding new
services or promotions.
The company also announced that its e-service division is adopting the
"Talisma" product name as its new corporate identity to communicate
its emphasis on the electronic customer service market. As a result, the
company's Professional Services, Service Support and Product Business Units will
operate under the name of Talisma Corporation in USA. The company's development
services group located in Bangalore will continue to be known as Aditi
Technologies and be a part of Talisma Corporation.
