Aditi hives off Talisma

BANGALORE: Aditi Technologies Pvt. Ltd., provider of e-commerce business

solutions and custom software development services, has announced a

restructuring of its e-business solutions division through the creation of a

newly formed customer relationship management (e-CRM) solutions company, Talisma

Corporation Pvt. Ltd.

"Given the tremendous growth in the e-CRM market, we need a company that

is 100 per cent focused on providing solutions and Talisma Corporation is that

company," said Talisma Corporation president and chief executive officer

Pradeep Singh. He also added, "The size of the market globally for Talisma

in 2003 will be $2.5 billion and I suspect this will get revised upwards."

The formation of Talisma is expected to enable the company to take full

advantage of the growth of the e-CRM software and services market while

maintaining focus on the successful Aditi Development Services business.

Talisma's charter is to help small to large businesses, including Internet

start-ups, call centers & enterprise-driven organizations, deliver

electronic service, marketing and sales. Prior to the restructuring, Talisma was

the e-CRM division of Aditi, and also a brand name under which the e-CRM

software and services were marketed.

Talisma Corporation, India is a fully owned subsidiary of Talisma

Corporation, US. Talisma is comprised of three business units - Software

Products Business Unit that claims to offer software products that help

companies increase customer satisfaction through electronic CRM. Current product
