BANGALORE, INDIA: China-based provider of Microsoft add-ins and tools for Microsoft Office, Addintools, today announced the launch of Classic Menu for Office 2007 v3.93a, an update version of the tool that enables smooth transitions from MS Office 2003 to MS Office 2007.

The tool provides an interface with menu lists and toolbars of the old Office, said a press release. Users can wither position Office 2003 interface along with the new one, or completely hide the latter.

Frequently-used commands can be assigned to the toolbar, or have all the menus under a single pull-down list, it said.

Addintools said the application is extremely easy to deploy to an entire organization or enterprise through its shared server, providing immediate insertion to any workstation, thereby preventing 'upgrade shock' while employees are getting accustomed to the new Office 2007 environment.

The company said Classic Menu for Office 2007 is also ideal for international organizations as it supports all languages of Microsoft Office 2007, including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Dutch, Chinese, and others.

Installation and removal of the application is simple, with its small size, 3.7 Mb, command prompt execution, and quick startup, it added.
