BANGALORE: Acer will soon be selling its Veriton PC models with the Pentium 4
2 GHz processor. The new Veriton product from Acer will continue to build on the
"Reliable" brand value of the Veriton range. This is also the value
offering on the P4 platform, which comes with the Intel 845 Chipset and works
with the more affordable SD RAM memory modules.
The Veriton 7200 model product has been designed to offer the most stable
platform for the Pentium 4 processor. It also offers protection against
equipment theft through the innovative "Lock pad", which is now
standard on all Veriton products and protection against viruses through
carefully selected software that is pre-installed.
Acer India general manager-marketing S Rajendran said, "This has enabled

first to bring new, stable, platforms to the market." The Veriton product
from Acer will carry forward and build on the exceptional reputation that the
