WORCESTER, USA: LED wall packs are increasing in popularity and the demand for new styles has grown. This demand has propelled Access Fixtures, a leader in commercial and sports lighting, to offer more modern and aesthetically pleasing LED wall packs.
Wall packs are outdoor luminaires used to light walkways, buildings, and parking areas. Designed with a die-cast aluminum housing and CREE LED technology, the new LED wall packs are durable, energy-efficient, and long-lasting. In addition, the new LED wall packs feature a clear glass lens, maximizing the light output from the CREE chips and improving the efficacy of the wall pack as compared to a traditional wall pack with prismatic glass lens.
"The demand for more modern style wall packs has increased, along with the demand for high performing LED technology," said Access Fixtures CEO, Steven Rothschild. He continued, "We are glad to be able to provide the newest LED wall packs that combine modern styles to compliment the newest architectural designs with CREE LED technology."
These new architectural LED wall packs are available in 13w, 19w, or 39w options and feature a color rendering index (CRI) of more than 75. Using long life CREE XTE R2 LED chips, this fixture reduces maintenance from every 6 months to every 12-15 years.
Using a clear glass lens, more light is emitted from the luminaire, allowing for greater efficacy. The 39w LED wall pack has a true equivalent to a 50w traditional metal halide wall pack, in turn reducing the wattage used while providing the same amount of light throughout the lifetime of the LED chips.
