As a part of this collaboration, Accel provides logistic support for Linksys by Cisco home networking products across eight cities (Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi) directly and 30 cities through hub and spoke model.

Customers experiencing problems with a Linksys by Cisco product can call the Cisco Technical Support Hotline for troubleshooting assistance. If the product hardware is defective, and is still under warranty, the customer will be issued a Product Exchange ID to apply for a replacement unit. With this, customers can exchange the product for a replacement unit through one of the newly established Linksys by Cisco Exchange Centers in India.

Craig Gledhill, VP—Asia Pacific, Cisco Consumer Business Group said, “The Exchange Centers are set to bring our customer service in India to greater heights. In keeping with our development in the India market, Cisco will continue to enhance its customer service.”

NR Panicker, CMD, Accel, India shared, “We are proud to be partnered with Cisco for their new initiative. We are confident of helping Cisco to provide India’s customers with even more efficient and higher quality services through the latest joint project.”
