Raja's wife was a director in Batcha's Green House Promoters, but resigned in 2008
Raja's wife became a director in Green House Promoters floated by Batcha but she resigned in 2008.
However, Raja's brother A. Kaliyaperumal and a close relative, R.P. Prameshkumar, continue to be on the board of Green House Promoters.
The company from being a non-descript entity with an equity base of Rs.100,000 in 2004, grew to over Rs.600 crore revenue company within a short time.
The CBI is looking at the stupendous growth of the company in such a short span.
