Apple’s first day at WWDC16 was pretty eventful with launching of the new iOS 10, MacOS and an upgraded Siri. There were some twists and trolls too with Microsoft’s Xamarin after party. But the big take away was something away from either Apple or Microsoft or for that matter anything tech.
Craig Federighi, Apple's senior VP of software engineering, was on stage presenting "widgets" that turn the iPhone lock screen into a completely functional second screen, when he publically dismissed few notifications that included a missed call from his mother (rude), an alert that Apple's senior VP of marketing Phil Schiller had raided his village in Clash of Clans (TMI), and a Facebook friend request from one extremely famous pop star- Taylor Swift.

Hey @taylorswift13, I didn't mean to "Shake Off" your friend request 😳

The dismissal left many analysts questioning how could Craig really do that.
A curious case indeed!
