4S offers program in T&L vertical

HYDERABAD: Four Soft (4S), a provider of software solutions for transportation, logistics and supply chain management, has announced that it recently launched a program to train and certify professionals in the transportation and logistics (T&L) space.

The course tries to aid students who aim to join the T&L industry. 4S is currently running the program in Hyderabad and plans to conduct the course in other cities. The pilot batch of the certification program ended recently in Hyderabad.

“Trainings offered inside the organizations are specific to their processes and do not offer the industry best practices. We feel this is an important element in making the training effective,” said Mahaboob Hussain, VP (Product Development & Technology), who will direct the certification programs.

“We would like to share the knowledge we gained over the years by developing our product suite and implementing the solutions for leading players of this segment in the industry. This offering essentially fills the void in knowledge between industry and academia,” said Srikanth Palem, CEO, 4S.
