3i Infotech's Q4 PAT Rs 75 mn

BOMBAY: 3i Infotech Ltd., a newly listed software unit of ICICI Bank Ltd., reported on Saturday a consolidated net profit of Rs 75 million ($1.7 million) for the three months through March.

The company, whose shares debuted on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday, did not give a comparable figure for a year earlier but said revenue was up 24 percent.

3i said it expected revenue in the current financial year to March 2006 to grow by 25 to 30 percent from 2.92 billion rupees last year, with net margins of between 13 and 15 percent.
