3i Infotech acquires G4 Software Technologies

 MUMBAI: 3i Infotech Ltd today informed the BSE that it has acquired G4 Software Technologies (India) Ltd. G4, a niche company having about Rs 84 million in annual revenue and about 50 people specializing in the area of payments services, back office exception processing solutions and business process integration services.

G4’s payments services relates to financial network solutions for SWIFT, Enterprise Payments Solutions, Real Time Gross Settlement solutions (RTGS), Migrating legacy Payment solutions such as MERVA from a Mainframe Environment, SEPA Single European Payments Architecture, etc.

The consulting and payment services of G4 complements 3i Infotech’s banking offerings and it expects a significant scope for IT consulting in this area, 3i Infotech told the BSE.
