2G spectrum proposals by Oct end: TRAI

NEW DELHI, INDIA: India's telecoms regulator is working towards new proposals for 2G spectrum pricing and expects to release the recommendations by the end of this month, J.S. Sarma, chairman of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India said on Tuesday.
