Targeted at executives in charge of learning and development, RightTrak involves interactive workshops on business realities and budget priorities, identifying organizational objective while implementing e-learning, integration of e-learning with various business components and combating resistance among others.

Commenting on the new offering, Anil Chhikara, CEO and Co-founder of 24x7 Learning, said, “The biggest challenge inhibiting growth and adaptation of e-learning among Indian corporates is not lack of solutions or their quality, but the internal change management and cultural change required. As a leader in this space and leveraging our understanding of the Indian market, we identified a growing need for a customized offering that bridges the cultural factors. RightTrak is packaged to do just that and it imbibes our decades of experience in e-learning.”
