The company claims that the NetNumen U31 adheres to AAAA requirements (Any One, Any Time, Any Terminal, and Any Where).

"Multi-technology convergence and full-service operation are posing tough challenges for carriers, and with the rapid development of telecom technologies, they are looking for solutions to help them streamline their current operations," said Chen Jian, lead, ZTE Network Management Product Department.

NetNumen U31 employs ZTE’s PPU component technology which allows carriers to determine the EMS functions integrated into the EMS.
