Zensar to offer HR shared services

BANGALORE - Zensar Technologies announced a new service to offer outsourced Human Resources powered by PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM. Through this new service, Indian companies wanting to outsource part or all of their HR function and business processes through Zensar, will see their processes being powered by PeopleSoft’s industry leading, best in class application.

Significantly, Zensar is the first company in the country to partner with PeopleSoft to herald the concept of HR Shared Services. This initiative also marks Zensar Technologies’ foray into the Global Shared Services market, as part of its BPO initiatives.

As a part of the initiative, Zensar has established its first Shared Services Centre in Pune. The Centre will offer solutions to enable corporations to transform the way the Human Resources function is managed. A suite of applications ranging from Personnel and Payroll records to Performance and Competency Management, e-Learning and Knowledge Management will be available on a pay-per-use basis through the centre. User corporations will leverage Zensar’s application management and business process expertise to drive best practice HR.

In addition Zensar will offer a hosted PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM solution to organizations that want to take advantage of PeopleSoft’s world-class applications, who previously would have had to purchase a low-end solution.

Following this, the company takes over the Personnel Management function to provide operational efficiencies through PeopleSoft before commencing a series of transformational initiatives aiming at improving the competence of every employee in the organization.

Zensar BPO already has customers in Europe and USA and focuses on Technical Help Desks and back office processing. This new initiative will further propel Zensar into a major player in the outsourcing industry.
