YOU Telecom ties-up with Atom Technologies

BANGALORE, INDIA: Atom Technologies, a provider in m-payments solutions today announced that YOU Telecom has entered into a partnership to put to service the Atom platform for its end customers.

This service would enable end-customers of YOU Telecom to make payments over the phone using credit cards in a completely automated and secure environment, said a press release.

This  based payment facility will be available for YOU Telecom subscribers in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana (Gurgaon) and Tamil Nadu.

The customers could recharge/renew services like broadband connection, voice and video services, etc by paying through the conventional mode of phone instantly and ensure uninterrupted services.

YOU Telecom expects a surge in recharge and fresh subscriptions through the atom platform impacting the ISPs bottom-line as well as top-line, the release added.

“To enhance service experience, enable instant recharge/refills for subscribers we have tied-up with atom. With this, we will not only increase our overall business in the state, but will also become more cost effective and competitive,” said E.V.S. Chakravarthy, CEO, YOU Telecom India Pvt Ltd.

He added that this marks their ability to leverage innovative technologies and reach out to their customers, in addition to their Internet presence

He added that they would provide YOU telecom’s customers a very convenient way to renew their subscriptions, which would definitely aid their business also.

“Over a period of time, we have seen an increase in volume of transactions happening over our platform across different cities and verticals” opined Neralla.
