Wow! The Lawn Tennis Association has just gone digital

MUMBAI, INDIA: Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), the governing body for tennis in Great Britain, is charting a digital transformation strategy.

The purpose of digital transformation LTA says, is to increase popular participation in tennis.

For this, it has appointed Wipro Digital as its official digital technology services partner for three years.

“Our Customer Journey Engineering (CJE) methodology will enable LTA to identify, build and shape talent, and contribute to its larger vision of redefining and reimagining the future of British tennis,” said Rajan Kohli, Global Head, Wipro Digital.

LTA supports a network of 11,500 approved tournaments including Wimbledon, held in Nottingham (ATP & WTA), Birmingham (WTA), Queen’s Club-London (ATP) and Eastbourne (WTA).
