Wipro to manage Vasan Eye Care's IT infra

BANGALORE, INDIA: IT service provider Wipro Infotech, the India, Middle East and Africa IT business of Wipro Ltd, announced that it has entered into a five-year IT outsourcing deal with Vasan Eye Care, a unit of Vasan Healthcare Group.

Accordingly, Wipro will manage the eye care centre's IT infrastructure, including data centre and end user support services.

Vasan’s network of hospitals comprises close to 75 independent hospitals, distributed across four southern states of the country and caters to five million patients per year.
