According to a press release by Wipro Consumer Care, since its foray into the personal care market in 2015, Happily Unmarried has built a wide portfolio of male and female grooming products under its umbrella brands of Ustraa and Happily Unmarried, respectively.
“This investment is in keeping with the company’s strategy of leveraging emerging online opportunities brought about by rapid digitization,” Wipro Consumer Care said in a statement.
On Thursday, Info Edge (India) also announced a Rs 5 crore ($769,000) investment in HappilyUnmarried.com, which designs and sells fun products through a hybrid model of offline and online retail.
