BANGALORE: Wipro Technologies has acquired a new CRM project at nPower, a
leading supplier of gas and electricity in UK. Wipro has been implementing CRM
solutions like Siebel and Clarify during the last two years.

In an earlier engagement with nPower, the Wipro team had supported its
business critical Siebel eEnergy application, which has multiple interfaces to
other important business systems like metering/registration (Energy),
provisioning (Telco), billing and customer correspondence.
