WeP strengthens product portfolio

BANGALORE, INDIA: WeP Peripherals, India's leading provider of IT peripheral products, solutions and printing services, has announced the launch of TH400 - the fast, smart and light thermal receipt printer at 'Tech Fantasy Zone 2007' held here recently.

The event showcased a new range of tech fantasy products including retail printer, laser, high speed impact and line matrix printers. Apart from the new range, other products like BP-40, DR 400, TH400, TOP UPS, 500VA Special, Bounti Rainbow printers, DSI 810, LQDSI 5235, HQ1600 and P7-1000 were on display.

The event was aimed at having a comprehension on the Bangalore market and IT trends. It created a platform for channel partners, customers and National system integrators to participate.

Ramdinsanga Saiwi, marketing manager, WeP Peripherals said: "At WeP, we understand the customers' needs and try to meet the demand by incorporating the emerging trends and designs in the market."

Commenting on WeP products, he said that the objective of WeP products was to address the retail and insurance sectors at the grass root level.

The TH-400, which hit the Indian market for the first time, is cost effective, uptime and assures high speed and quality. While BP-40, a first of its kind in the world, prints the pages at 220 mm per second and simplifies billing operations.

WeP believes in working closely with its partners and owes its success to channel partners. The idea of setting up the Tech Fantasy Zone was to allow customers to experience the products in an ambience, which was comfortable and allowed them to interact with the product more closely.
