The company said it would record a charge as a result of the departure of CEO Anwar Sukkarie and COO Cameron Fraser. Sukkarie and Fraser co-founded the company in 1999.

WebTech did not provide details about the charge or reasons for the executives' departures. It has planned a conference call for Wednesday morning.

Scott Edmonds, formerly the chief financial officer, will step into the CEO role, the company said in a statement. Owen Moore, former co-president of WebTech subsidiary Grey Island, will now be COO.
