Key enhancements in the labor market include improved ease of use, unified search, and data curation. These innovations lead the industry in supporting a range of search styles, including simple keyword search and guided navigation, across both structured and unstructured data.

The new release of ELISE delivers helpful suggestions for completing queries (also known as "type ahead") and allows unstructured data to complement structured data in returning the best possible search results. This unified search delivers a more intuitive way for job seekers to search for jobs and for recruiters to search for candidates. WCC uses advanced data curation technologies to extract relevant data and to map that data onto market specific data classification systems or taxonomies.

Key enhancements in the public safety market include data and transaction security through encryption, and improved performance. These innovations make the identification of people more accurate and data more secure. This new release of ELISE makes the use of biometrics as easy as searching on a common biographic trait. Just search using an image of a biometric, and ELISE will handle all the complexities to deliver a meaningful match.
