LiveOps Inc., the provider of cloud-contact-center and customer-service solutions, has selected Voxbone to provide local (DID) and toll-free phone numbers for its cloud-contact-center customers around the world who require localized provisioning.

LiveOps provides a cloud-contact-center solution for voice, multichannel and social media that routes incoming contacts to the best-available agent, regardless of where the agent is physically located on the network.

Many of LiveOps' customers migrated to the cloud to take advantage of the pervasiveness, proven scalability and flexibility of LiveOps' cloud platform. Cloud technology allows customer-service operations and agents to be located anywhere in the world to support and enhance follow-the-sun customer service strategies.

The addition of Voxbone to LiveOps' portfolio of telecom providers strengthens LiveOps' ability to help its national and multi-national customers geographically scale and expand their contact-center operations, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. With Voxbone, LiveOps now provides local and toll-free phone numbers in more than 50 countries.
