VMware acquires cloud-based presentation provider

PALO ALTO, USA: Virtualization software maker VMware announced the acquisition of SlideRocket, a SaaS-based business presentation provider. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

SlideRocket delivers presentation solutions that leaverage cloud computing, collaboration, social media and mobile computing platforms.

More than 20,000 customers and 3,00,000 users leaverage Slide Rocket to build, deliver and share presentations.
