ValueLabs among the Top 15 exciting emerging companies to work for

HYDERABAD, INDIA: ValueLabs has been ranked amongst the "Top 15 Exciting Emerging Companies to Work For", in a survey conducted by NASSCOM. The survey was conducted among 1100 companies in the IT-BPO sector across India to identify the exciting emerging companies to work for. The research was conducted in partnership with Grow Talent, a strategic HR consultancy firm.

The objective of the survey, according to NASSCOM, was to identify the best small and medium-sized IT-BPO companies to work for, within the Rupees 250 crores (approximately US $65 million) annual turnover category, through a set of relevant parameters for this industry. The survey focused on a number of critical success factors and best practices followed by the emerging companies. These factors included innovative practices such as the Balanced Scorecard approach for Performance Appraisal to designing of Performance Grade Cards. The distinguishing factors of the top 15 companies revealed by NASSCOM that make them exciting are:

* Unique training and development programs

* Excellent career planning and development processes

* Constant and effective communication processes

* Maintenance of proper documentation, and

* Conducting appropriate climate surveys
