UK PSUs swing for alternate support options with Rimini Street

LONDON: Rimini Street, Inc., a provider of enterprise software support announced that the Company has been awarded a place on the UK government’s Enterprise Application Support Services agreement (EASS).

As explained further: Under the EASS agreement established by Crown Commercial Service (CCS), which acts on behalf of the Crown to drive savings for the taxpayer and improve the quality of commercial and procurement activity, public sector organisations can easily and more cost-effectively procure Rimini Street support services and benefit from significant savings, ISO-certified, premium-level services and a proven support model for SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards systems. Rimini Street already has several signed public sector clients to date in the UK, with close to 100 signed public sector clients globally.

“Public sector organisations in the UK increasingly desire an alternative to expensive annual software vendor maintenance fees that maximizes IT budgets and drives greater value from software support costs,” said Jill Harrison, Managing Director for Europe, Rimini Street.
