Ubiquity to open new contact center In Philippines

NEW YORK, USA: Ubiquity Global Services, the business process outsourcing organization announced a significant expansion of its international delivery network with the opening of a new contact center in Bacolod, Philippines.

Ubiquity will open its Bacolod site in April 2014. The new site has the capacity for more than 1,000 new employee positions and will be located in the Negros First CyberCentre, a unique mixed technologies facility in the Philippine Visayan region.

"We've been very impressed with the professional talent available in Bacolod and in the Province of Negros Occidental," said Matt Nyren, Ubiquity's founder and president.

"Ubiquity has also benefited from the support received from Governor Maranon and Bacolod City Councilor Jocelle Batapa-Sigue since we initiated our search for a second Philippine location. We look forward to rapid expansion in the CyberCenter, which will be an ideal site for the delivery of our servicing solutions."

Ubiquity plans to hire more than 200 employees in Bacolod over the next 90 days and continue operational expansion throughout 2014. Ubiquity's growth in Bacolod is being complemented by similar expansion in Manila, Philippines, San Salvador, El Salvador and Omaha, Nebraska.
