Two startups recognized for their IoT enabled healthcare products at IoTNext 2015

BANGALORE, INDIA: India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) alongwith The Indus Entreprenuer (TiE), Bangalore and General Electric (GE) has announced the winners for of Innovation Award and Impact Award.

IESA, TiE and GE have shortlisted 8 innovative healthcare companies, from the crème-La-crème of 45 start-ups in the healthcare space, for ‘Healthcare Product Showcase’ at the recently concluded IoTNext 2015 to showcase their innovative and impactful next-age IoT enabled Healthcare products.

The 8 shortlisted startups are:

Cardiac Design Labs: Ambulatory cardiac monitoring and diagnosing system

BPL Medical Technologies: One of the largest and most accessible media device company

Tricog Health Service: Working on a technology to help patients gain access to quick, accurate and affordable diagnosis, which can lead to significant mortality reduction

BPL Medical Technologies is the winner of ‘Innovation Award’ and Cardiac Design Labs is the winner of ‘Impact Award’.

We foresee a global dependence on India’s IoT ecosystem to deliver healthcare innovations and we have witnessed this during the recently concluded IoTNext 2015.”

The winners of Innovation Award and Impact Award have also received a cash price of Rs. 1,00,000 each.
