CIOL Turn your silly doodles to professional art with Google AutoDraw

There is nothing that Google can't do. Adding one more capability to its long list of services, Google will now save you from drawing woes, thanks to 'AutoDraw'.

Google AutoDraw is a web-based tool that uses machine learning algorithms to match your random drawings with professional art making you look like an artist in the process. *Wish we had this during our school times*

You can use AutoDraw on your phone or desktop. Start by drawing your best version of a pizza, house, dog, or a birthday cake or whatever you wish to create and the algorithms will try to figure out what it is that you’re trying to draw. It then tries to match your doodles with drawings in its database and shows them in a list at the top of your virtual canvas. If you find what you were trying to draw, you click on it, and AutoDraw replaces your unskilled creation with a professional touch.

Google's AutoDraw uses the same technology as Google's QuickDraw, a mini-game that tells you which objects to draw, like an eye or a helicopter, then gives the AI 20 seconds to recognise it.

Currently, AutoDraw can suggest hundreds of drawings, and the company plans to add more in the future.

However, if you are an artist, you can contribute to the project, by clicking here.
