ATLANTA, USA: Tulix Systems, a provider of multi-screen over-the-top (OTT) streaming solutions and CDN services, announced that the total downloads of streaming applications it has developed and published for broadcasters in the Roku and Google Play stores now exceeds 350,000 after a period of exponential growths during the past six months.

In total, Tulix Systems has published over 40 applications that stream live and on-demand content for Roku, Google TV, and Android. The company helps broadcasters and content providers stream and monetize live and on-demand video to all major mobile devices and OTT set-top-boxes.

Recent figures released have shown Roku as the leading platform for OTT television content, but Tulix noted in the announcement that the majority of its customers chose to make their content available through applications on both platforms, since each platform has a user-base of millions of viewers.
