BANGALORE: TriVium India, operating in the electronic Customer Relationship

Management (eCRM) space, has been selected as one of the winners of the ‘Product

of the Year 2000’ award by Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine

editors.

TriVium's SimpleRM has bagged the award for introducing leading edge eCRM

technology to organizations in the mid-market sections waiting for an

easy-to-use solution that supports sales, marketing, service, partners and

e-business. This is the second industry award SimpleRM has received, the first

being the CT Expo-2000 "Best of Show" award.

TriVium's eCRM solution adds value to organizations seeking fully integrated

marketing, sales and service capabilities for a distributed user community. As a

Web-based system, SimpleRM offers lower cost, faster implementation, centralized

system administration and flexible system access from any Web-connected PC.

TriVium is headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon, and has its office in Bangalore.

The award is presented annually to recipients in different categories by the

US-based Customer Inter@ction Solutions under customer interaction. This

award spans across technology areas such as customer analytics, call management,

unified messaging, workforce management, CRM and CIM solutions,

computer-telephony integration, marketing campaign management, IVR, security,

contact center and CTI platforms, and Web-based sales channels.

Other winners include like Cisco Systems, Alcatel, Hewlett-Packard and

Motorola.
